QID - AIM [Automatic Identification Machine]

AIM is the world's first fully integrated handheld AIDC reader. The device acts as a one-stop shop, allowing users to read 1D/2D Barcodes, Gen2 Passive, and our S4 Tags from a single platform. This multifunctional reader offers non-invasive solutions which leverage legacy systems for barcode and passive RFID, and provide an end-to-end solution for customers seeking seamless integration.

A built-in touch screen computer operates on the Microsoft CE Office Suite, with open APIs to connect to any back-end data repository and NSA-approved Security Controls.



AIM allows for communication with WiFi, GSM/GPRS, Bluetooth or Serial Interfaces, and has GPS in addition to the flexibility of migrating systems/processes at your own pace without disrupting existing infrastructure.

AIM provides a standalone system that can be easily deployed in a small dairy farm located in a remote area without any IT infrastructure. It drastically reduces the cost of deploying RFID and AIDC technologies on the field. The ergonomic design and small form factor make it an ideal data capture mechanism for a variety of applications in industries like retail and transportation.

Rugged versions of the AIM are available for usage in harsh environments.
